Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Please note that our physical store may be closed on Singapore public holidays. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm opening hours before visiting to collect your watch.

Local Shipping
We offer reliable door-to-door delivery within Singapore for a flat shipping fee of SGD $6.00 per item.

Orders are typically shipped out within 5–7 working days after your purchase.
​
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking reference number for easy parcel tracking.
​
Local deliveries are handled by Ninjavan, and we may also send you additional updates via private message to keep you informed.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, with a standard flat shipping fee of SGD $60.00 per Item.

For shipments to the United States, a local courier will be used and special shipping rates may apply due to additional handling requirements. Please note that we reserve the right to reject orders to the US in certain circumstances; any such orders will be fully refunded. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. For detailed information on applicable charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy
At The Chrono Vault, we take pride as an Authorised Dealer of the brands we carry in offering only brand-new, authentic timepieces, each covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind.

For in-store purchases, we warmly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect the watch before making a purchase. We are always happy to assist and answer any questions during your visit. Once a watch has been inspected and purchased in-store, we kindly inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds. However, should any issues arise after your purchase, your timepiece remains fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and can be sent in either to us or to the brands' respective service centres for repair or servicing as needed.

For online purchases, we understand that buying a watch without seeing it in person requires a bit more trust. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, if your watch arrives with any issues or defects, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you in arranging a warranty inspection or service where appropriate. Please note that warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects—such as movement malfunctions or irregularities—and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, or general wear and tear.
